For years I called myself lazy.

I wanted so much and did so little. I thought something was wrong with me.

Maybe you know this loop too. You sit down to start, and your brain opens fifty tabs instead. You keep saying later, and later quietly becomes never. You rest, and rest turns into another reason to feel bad. One missed day ends the whole plan.

I finally stopped accepting that label and started asking why — why my energy disappeared, why fear felt like laziness, why one missed day could end a whole plan.

The answers became this book. I wrote it because I needed it once and couldn't find it: something short, honest, and finishable. No hustle talk, no guilt trips.

Just a small reset you can actually finish, one tiny step at a time.

The Lazy Ambitious — 7 chapters, a 7-day reset, and 4 templates. Link in bio.
