A new U.S. bill would permanently prohibit large AI data centers from public lands and require existing facilities to be removed. 🏛️🤖

The proposed legislation would block qualifying AI data centers from federal property and require existing facilities, along with dedicated power, water, and cooling infrastructure, to be removed and affected land restored. Supporters cite concerns about electricity, water use, and public resources. The proposal would apply broadly, including some Defense Department land, but it has not become law.

🍯 Honey is one of nature’s most fascinating creations, produced by honeybees from the nectar of flowers. Beyond its natural sweetness, honey has been valued for centuries as a food, a traditional remedy, and an ingredient in cultures around the world.

Its color and flavor vary depending on the flowers from which the bees collect nectar. Some varieties are light and delicate, while others are dark, rich, and intense. Honey also contains small amounts of antioxidants, enzymes, and other naturally occurring compounds.

One of honey’s most remarkable qualities is its long shelf life. When properly sealed and stored, honey can remain edible for an exceptionally long time because its low water content and natural acidity make it difficult for many microorganisms to grow.

Honey also plays an important role in nature. As bees collect nectar to produce it, they pollinate flowers and help many plants reproduce, supporting ecosystems and food production.

From spreading it on warm bread to adding it to tea or using it as a natural sweetener, honey remains a simple yet extraordinary gift from the natural world.
