Cookies:
1/2 cup of oil
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 egg
2 cups of @peregnatural oat flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
Chocolate chips

In a bowl mix together the oil and sugars
Add in the vanilla and egg
Mix in the flour, salt and baking soda until it forms a dough
Add in chocolate chips
Scoop onto a baking sheet and
Bake on 350 for 12-15 minutes
