Born without arms or legs, Pablo Acuña from Paraguay has spent much of his life overcoming extraordinary physical challenges. Despite his disability, he became a devoted father to two daughters, taking on the responsibility of raising them after their mother left the family.

Pablo relies on a specially adapted wheelchair to move around and requires assistance with certain daily activities. Nevertheless, his disability has never prevented him from building a close relationship with his daughters, who have spoken publicly about their admiration for his strength and dedication.

With help from his mother, Ignacia, Pablo raised both girls, and their bond remains incredibly strong. His youngest daughter, Élida, later returned from Argentina to care for him. In January 2026, Paraguayan television reported that Pablo had celebrated his 66th birthday and finally had an adapted home, made possible through charitable support.
