Today on the hub for a few baseline runs was this VERY well built 2000 Acura Integra. Fully built B18 paired with a 62mm turbo, running 94 pump fuel, on a 10ish spring this unit is putting down 330wheel on purely wastegate pressure. Look forward to seeing this unit back in next season for some custom mapping to see what this build is capable of. #b18 #honda #intergra #modproper #mainline

About 2 years and 4 months separates these comparison pictures, although my current condition was achieved at about 2 years 3 months. I'm ~230 pounds in both the before and after (at 5'10), but with significantly more muscle and less fat in my current state. I am proud of myself. I have come a long way. I have stayed true to myself and my dreams, which has usually meant a lot of self-denial and discipline. Self-love is an act, a choice, something to live by day by day. Self care isn't just taking a day off or splurging on a coffee or dessert, it can also be putting in the hard work so you can slowly become that version of yourself the old you would be proud of. Master yourself. Sometimes I wish I had started sooner, and I often compare myself to those who are further along than I am. Viewing every meal on plan as a win grounds me, and focusing on how far I've come on my own journey grounds me. The best time to start was yesterday, but the second best time to start is today. Instrumental, indispensable, and empowering in my journey is my coach and very good friend @plapborisuth. He tells me to own my successes more, but it truly takes a village, and he has been a villager through it all. I am always extremely grateful for his guidance and I look forward to see what we can accomplish in the next two or 3 years. I think I will hit my original goal of 250 and lean (by layman standards) here soon, and after that, who knows where I will want to end up. #muscle #gaymuscle #chest #legs #bodybuilding

💔 Не смогла пройти мимо этого тренда… Тренды приходят и уходят, но иногда случайно получается снять то что не планировал 📹. Так получилось и сейчас. В одной из ролей — наш кот Феликс 🐈‍⬛. Он пришёл в этот мир совсем крохой, и жизнь сразу бросила ему вызов: улица, холод, одиночество… и самое страшное - мама умерла после родов. И остался он один — маленький, беззащитный, едва живой. 🥺 Забрали и выкармливали его с пипетки🍼. Кто с этим сталкивался, тот знаешь насколько это тяжело. Да, возможно из-за этого здоровье 💪у него не идеальное — но это не мешает ему радоваться каждому дню 😍. А в остальном - он идеальный кот 👍 Сейчас он живёт свою лучшую жизнь: в тепле, в уюте, рядом с теми, кто его по-настоящему любит. ✨💕 Пусть эта история напомнит: иногда достаточно одной капли тепла, чтобы для кого-то стать целым миром💛 А от себя еще добавлю: если есть возможность - помогайте четвероногим, забирайте с улицы, с приютов, они будут вам благодарны всю жизнь 🌸 А у ваших питомцев есть особенная история?
