Nine people were killed after a private Learjet crashed near West Palm Beach, Florida, while traveling from Austin, Texas, to the Bahamas. The co-pilot has been identified by her family as 20-year-old Nathalia Gadelha Filgueiras, who earned her private pilot’s license at 17. Video clips included in this post are from past flights shared on her social media and are not from the fatal flight. The identities of the other people aboard have not yet been publicly released. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
I didn’t lose a single pound for 6 months… Some weeks I’d lose 0.5lb… only to gain 2lbs the next week. And this was while: I was eating 120+ g of protein every single day. I was regularly going to gym 4-5 times a week. And consistently walking 10k+ steps every single day. So I thought… it must be sugar. That and carbs are bad for weight loss. Right? Or maybe it was my sleep. Most nights, I could not sleep enough. And the little sleep I was getting was disrupted due to being stressed. Or maybe it was my hormones. I was hearing lots of women struggle with thyroid and PCOS. But when I looked into it more, as long as you were in a deficit, eating carbs was ok. Bad sleep would make it harder to lose weight but not impossible like what I was feeling. And all my medical tests came back normal. I was healthy. And I was actually doing everything I was supposed to be doing. Turns out I was doing almost everything right. Just missing one thing. And once I figured it out, the last 20 lbs finally started coming off. Comment “WIN” and I’ll send you exactly what I did to finally lose my stubborn 20 lbs of fat in 3 months without giving up my favourite treats 🤝✨

…you let yourself be seen. Normally you’ll find me in sweats 😅 So getting dressed up for a gala in a bright red dress? Waaaayyy outside my comfort zone. 😳 Here’s what I’m learning in this new chapter of my life: Coming back to dance has been one permission slip after another. 1. Permission to get back in the room. 2. Permission to get uncomfortable learning new things. 3. Permission to feel confident in my own skin. 4. Permission to play life full out. 5. And now… permission to let myself BE SEEN. Every time I give myself a little more permission, dance changes how I see myself, what I’m capable of, and what’s possible for me… AND new paid opportunities are starting to show up too. 💵 And when we do new and uncomfortable things, it’s always more fun with someone by your side. Thank you @jeanniefit for saying yes to this with me 🙏🏽 That’s exactly why I created the DANCE Collective: a place where we use dance to explore bigger, more confident, more FREE versions of ourselves… and get seen, heard, and felt out in the world in whatever way we choose. 🏆🏆🏆 Comment “COLLECTIVE” and I’ll send you the link to join us every Friday at the founding members’ rate of $55 a month, yours for as long as you stay. Rates go up on December 1st. 💫 #moveonpurpose #dancersover40 #genxdancer #letyourselfbeseen #newchapter 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
