Happy New Month! ❤️

During my recent visit to Liverpool, I had the opportunity to stay in one of the properties we’ve been managing for the past 3 years, and it happens to be one of our best-performing properties too! 🥹

There’s something really lovely about experiencing a property from a guest’s perspective, especially one you’ve been managing for years.

As much as we receive guest feedback and work closely with our cleaning and maintenance teams, nothing quite beats experiencing the property yourself.

I got to see a few things from a different perspective, picked up on areas we could improve, and made some updates to our SOPs for the VAs to follow.

Because no matter how well a property is performing, there’s always room to make the guest experience even better.

Anyway, here’s to a new month, more happy guests, more 5-star reviews, more properties under our management, and hopefully, a few more landlords and hosts trusting us with their investments. 🤭❤️
