Stop keeping herbs in the fridge door. That is why they are black by Wednesday.

There are two groups and they want opposite things.

Soft herbs are basil, cilantro, parsley and mint. They are flowers. Trim the stems, stand them in a jar of water, put a bag loosely over the top and leave them on the counter. Basil in particular hates the cold.

Hard herbs are rosemary, thyme, sage and oregano. They are twigs. Damp paper towel, roll them up, sealed bag, bottom shelf of the fridge. Three weeks instead of three days.

The mistake is treating them the same. I did it for years and blamed the store.

Comment GUIDE and I’ll send you the whole thing, vegetables as well.

Tinubu And Atiku Are Too Old to Contest the 2027 Presidency, They Should Step Aside for Younger People — Former Governor, Olagunsoye Oyinlola

Former Osun State Governor, Olagunsoye Oyinlola, has described President Bola Tinubu and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as too old to seek the presidency in 2027, urging them to make way for younger Nigerians.

Oyinlola made the remarks on Wednesday during an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today, where he argued that the country needs younger leaders to take over its leadership.

He recalled that while serving as governor of Osun State, he had advised against people above the age of 50 aspiring to govern a state, citing his personal experience in office.

According to him, both Tinubu and Atiku have made their contributions and should allow younger Nigerians to take up leadership positions.

“Tinubu and Atiku are too old to contest the 2027 presidency. They should step aside for younger people.

“When I was in Osun, I made a declaration based on my experience in office that anybody above 50 should not aspire to be governor of a state,” Oyinlola said.
