Instead of buying tins of food as part of the government’s resilience program, I thought I’d do more canning.
If push comes to shove, these jars of readymade meals can be eaten cold.
I just reheat through thoroughly, add chosen herbs or spices to change the flavour and that’s it.

What are you using to pressure can? I bought one of the instant pots that can do it but read it's not safe so haven't bothered
