ITS MY BIRTHDAY MONTH NOV 17

Michigan Democratic Sen.-elect Abdul El-Sayed told CNN he is "looking forward to working together" with Vice President JD Vance before calling him "a coward" and accusing him of trying to distance himself from President Donald Trump only after the historic GOP midterm losses.

It’s no secret that female speed skaters have some of the most impressive physiques in winter sports.

The majority of their muscle is in the lower body, mainly the glutes due to the hip angle, which biases glute activation during the drive forwards.

The quads are prominent too, as they have to sustain isometric tension while the athlete stays in an aerodynamic position.

Then, their core has work overtime to stabilise their body throughout the race.

If you want to learn how they train, comment below.
