Derrick Van Orden’s priority is staying in Donald Trump’s good graces. Rebecca Cooke's priority is fighting for working-class Wisconsinites. It’s time to elect a leader who puts the people first! #MissionMajority

If you agree that Trump and his allies should be controlled, don't depend on others to save democracy. The only way to stop this is by voting those guys out of the system. Vote and get someone else to vote. Elderly people may feel energized to be remembered as citizens! If my 95-year old mother could do it, so can you

Democrat Keisha Lance Bottoms, who will become Georgia’s first woman governor and the first Black woman to serve as governor anywhere in the U.S, CBS News projects, tells @NorahODonnell she will sign an executive order to pause construction on data centers in the state. She says she’s grateful to be one of the 17 new female governors in the country.

SOME MEN AREN’T TRAINING FOR A BETTER BODY. THEY’RE TRAINING TO KEEP THEIR HEAD ABOVE WATER. 👊

And that’s something not everyone understands.

For some of us, the gym is about far more than building muscle, losing body fat or looking good in the mirror.

It’s the one place where the noise stops.

Where the stress, the pressure, the disappointments and everything life throws at you can be put aside for an hour.

Especially as men get older.

We’ve all got battles we’re fighting that nobody knows about.

Relationships. Financial pressure. Loss. Regret. The weight of expectations.

And sometimes the hardest part isn’t lifting the weights.

It’s finding the strength to keep showing up when everything else feels like it’s falling apart.

Training won’t solve every problem in your life.

But it can give you the strength, structure and clarity to face them.

So next time you see a man training like his life depends on it…

Maybe it does.

Keep showing up. Keep fighting. Keep moving forward.

You never know what someone else is carrying. 💯
