Our thoughts are with Conwy Golf Club after a fire in the clubhouse last night 🔥
The incident in North Wales was reported around 10pm on Saturday with fire rescue teams working overnight to put out the blaze.
Many pictures and videos have been shared online, including this one from NQ, via the North Wales Chronicle. Locals say huge flames were emerging from the roof.
Reports also say that no-one is believed to have been trapped or injured. Pictures elsewhere show the roof has collapsed causing internal damage.
Wales Golf released a statement on Sunday which read: "We are deeply saddened to hear of the fire at Conwy Golf Club on 31 October 2026.
"Thankfully, and most importantly, we understand that no one was hurt.
"Our thoughts are with everyone at Conwy Golf Club, including its members, staff and wider community, as they come to terms with this devastating incident…we will do all we can to support Conwy Golf Club during this challenging time."
