A northern Nigerian man has reportedly declared that he will not vote for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election, despite receiving two bags of rice and beans from one of the president's supporters.
In the viral video, the man expressed appreciation to the supporter for the food items but insisted that the gesture would not influence his political decision.
"I really appreciate him, but I won't vote for Tinubu in the 2027 election. I will vote for the right candidate," the man reportedly said.
The man was seen displaying the bags of rice and beans he allegedly received, stressing that accepting material assistance does not necessarily translate into political loyalty.
