2" EMT or rigid to an LB would have been better. There is no need to flex to a transformer enclosure that is solidly bolted to the floor.

When I met up with Stef @saltvintagewatches last week he had a watch roll full of amazing pieces, but this jumped out at me. Missing its bezel and half its dial colour, strapped on a bleached phoenix nato, it looks every bit the hardened tool watch that’s spent a life in action.

This watch came to him in pieces, and he was determined to get it back together and working. Despite the temptation to restore it fully, its current condition is so damn cool. Think apocalypse now meets Lenny McLean 😁

توفي خيسوس دي ميغل مهاجم تينيريفي الثلاثاء بعد ساعات من نقله إلى المستشفى إثر اصطدام عنيف مع حارس مرمى الفريق المنافس خلال مباراة في الدرجة الثانية، وفق ما أفاد النادي الإسباني.
وجاء في بيان صادر عن تينيريفي: "بقلوب يعتصرها الألم، وفي حالة من الصدمة وعدم التصديق، يعلن نادي سي دي تينيريفي عن الوفاة المأساوية للاعبه خيسوس دي ميغل، صباح الثلاثاء 3 نوفمبر (تشرين الثاني) 2026، في تمام الساعة الثامنة".

وكان المهاجم، البالغ 30 عاماً، قد تعرض لاصطدام مع خيسوس أوونو حارس مرمى نادي أندورا، ما استدعى نقله بشكل عاجل إلى المستشفى، حيث وُصفت حالته في البداية بأنها "مستقرة، رغم خطورتها".

أدى هذا الاصطدام العنيف إلى توقف المباراة التي كانت تندرج ضمن المرحلة الثانية عشرة، في الدقيقة 97، بينما كانت النتيجة تشير إلى التعادل بهدفين لكل فريق.

بقي دي ميغل ممدداً بلا حراك على أرض الملعب لبعض الوقت، قبل أن يُنقل إلى المستشفى، حيث أفادت الصحافة المحلية بأنه تعرض لأزمة قلبية.

وقبيل الإعلان عن وفاته، كان مستشفى تينيريفي قد أصدر بياناً ذكر فيه أن الحالة الصحية للاعب "تدهورت من الناحية العصبية".

وأضاف تينيريفي في بيانه قائلاً: "لا توجد كلمات يمكنها تقديم العزاء، ولا شيء على الإطلاق يمكن أن يخفف من وطأة هذا الحزن العميق. إننا نقف إلى جانب عائلته المفجوعة، وأحبائه، وجميع مشجعي نادي تينيريفي الذين يبكون هذا الفقدان الجلل".

وختم: "تُعرب عائلة خيسوس دي ميغل عن امتنانها العميق لكل من عبّر عن دعمه ومساندته، وتطلب من صميم قلبها احترام خصوصيتها التامة خلال هذه الفترة العصيبة".
