A LITTLE HOPE GOES A LONG WAY! In ‘La Bola Negra’, @penelopecruzoficial and @guitarricadelafuente share a brief but powerful encounter as Nené and Sebastián, whose paths cross in a world where freedom is far from guaranteed.

Having envisioned Guitarricadelafuente in the role from the beginning, directors #JavierAmbrossi and @javviercalvo recall reaching a point where they “could no longer tell where Sebastián ended and Álvaro began.” Penélope’s Nené offers him a glimpse of a life beyond repression, giving their fleeting connection its emotional weight.

I always secretly wanted to be in a @nycmarathon campaign. It is really cool when even your secret dreams come true.

Here’s to dreams coming true this weekend in NYC. It’s been waiting for you! ♥️

🦋 A little surprise has arrived with your morning coffee! Beautiful butterflies, a splash of colour, and a thousand wishes wrapped in love. Somewhere between the first sip and the first smile, may something wonderful find its way into your life. Good Morning, Beautiful Souls! ❤️

A birthday surprise for you all🫶🏻

Introducing Open Edition prints coming Friday 6th November - Friday 4th December✨

And no even though it’s my birthday I will never have a full day off because I’m forever burdened by the guilt of being self employed🤣

Call me BIAS but Taekwondo has some of the quickest and most manipulated kicks in Martial Arts.. now imagine taking that and adding it to your existing game 👀 you’d be even deadlier right?! 👀

I absolutely love teaching Olympic kicking to all disciplines because even as someone who’s reached a high level, there is always more to learn, always room to add to my game and if I can teach just ONE ATHLETE, ONE NEW SKILL, that’s my cup full!

There’s a few students at @koreantigerstudios that have fights coming up and I want to wish you all the best! 🥊

What’s your thoughts? Would you want to learn Olympic-level Taekwondo? 🥋
