Two weeks ago just before this area was hit with heavy rain we finally got to see the incredibly beautiful Monument Valley while we were traveling to Grand Junction, Colorado. I highly recommend going to the Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park for the best experience. There's are optional drive through tours available but the roads were already too muddy for us to do the extra Tribal Park scenic drive...next time for sure!
