You’re from Philly? Try our version of the Philly Cheesesteak… Brazilian style… Rio De Janeiro served it up 😋 How you think it looks?
Thinly sliced picanha seasoned with salt and black pepper, cooked quickly on a flat top or grill with thinly sliced onions and jalapeños (instead of standard green bell peppers), stuffed into a toasted Parmesan baguette and layered with melted queijo prato and smoky Brazilian provolone.

Sounds high quality cheesesteak to me, but back home consider too highfaluting for the real dining experience ( will not turn it down though 🙃)
