“I feel sad that children are in hospital unwell, so I wanted to raise money so they could have new toys.” 🧸

In June, Miryn’s school decided to hold a toy sale to fundraise for Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity.

Inspired by this and keen to continue supporting the charity, Miryn and her friends, Ainsley, Myla and Sofia, came up with the idea of showcasing their gymnastics moves and routines in their street throughout the summer holidays to raise money.

The girls raised an amazing £170, and we are blown away by their kindness and thoughtfulness.

Miryn’s mum, Laura, shares:

“I was so proud of the girls and encouraged them to make bracelets to sell too. They worked so hard and would spend hours out the front of our house on lovely sunny days.

One passerby gave them £10, and on their first day they raised £40! This gave them the motivation and determination to keep raising money throughout the summer holidays.”
