Ostriches drink by dipping their beaks into water, scooping it up, and briefly holding it in their throat and upper neck (the esophagus), which acts like a flexible temporary pouch.

Because they lack strong throat muscles to swallow while their heads are down, they tilt their heads back and stretch their long necks vertically.

Gravity then pulls the collected water straight down into their stomach. I love nature 🌿

Comment APP and I’ll send you my step-by-step workouts to finally build your Ultimate physique! 🔥

I know you’re working HARD! But has anyone actually taught you HOW to train the NEW body you have after having a baby?!

Your abs feel SO different. Your rib cage and posture have changed. Exercises you used to feel in all the right places now seem to go straight into your lower back or hip flexors.

And the advice is STILL… “Just get back to your workouts.” 🫠

Ladies, getting back to moving your body and knowing WHAT and HOW to train considering ALL those MAJOR and minor adaptations are two different things.

I’m working on GAME-CHANGING details most women will probably never be taught:

✅ Connecting to my deep abs while continuing to BREATHE
✅ Moving through my mid-back + rib cage mobility
✅ Working on rib flare + my high hinge point
✅ Training the connection between my back and opposite glute

And if you’re reading those points thinking, “I don’t even know what that means”, how would you, if nobody ever taught you?

That’s exactly why I spend SO much time teaching these details. You deserve to understand your body and program in the BEST exercises 💪🏼

Comment FACE for my free 21 day follow along face and fascia guide.

Sagging cheeks? Creams only touch the surface. Your skin rides on the muscle and fascia underneath, and when they get stuck, everything drops.

Push your lips forward, tongue out. Smile and support your temples so no lines form around your eyes. Breathe slowly through your nose, then move your head gently up and down, side to side.

Feel the warmth come back into your face.

Nothing added. It was already within you.
