👜 Interesting fact: Gucci (1921–Present) — Founded by Guccio Gucci in Florence, Italy, this iconic luxury fashion house grew from a small leather goods and luggage retailer into one of the most celebrated global style empires in history. Before establishing his legendary brand, founder Guccio Gucci worked as a young hotel porter and baggage handler at the prestigious Savoy Hotel in London, where observing the sophisticated luggage of international travelers inspired his lifelong passion for fine craftsmanship. During material shortages in the 1930s, the innovative design team brilliantly pioneered the use of unique woven hemp fabrics and distinctive bamboo handles, turning manufacturing challenges into timeless signature features that still define the brand today.
💪 3,000 PUSH-UPS IN NOVEMBER! I've seen this challenge going around quite a lot lately, so I've decided to give it a go myself! 3,000 push-ups in 30 days! That's 100 every single day. 😳😂 But I wanted to put my own little spin on it and do it for more than just fitness. November is also Movember, a time to raise awareness around men's mental health, so I thought I'd use my platform to help spread a positive message. I'm no mental health expert or mentor, and thankfully, it's not something I personally struggle with. But I do think it's important that men feel comfortable talking when things aren't going so well. As a dad to three boys, I'd hate to think that as they get older, they'd ever feel they had to bottle things up or struggle in silence rather than speak to someone. If you're feeling a bit down, reach out to a mate, family member or someone you trust. Sometimes a simple conversation can make a massive difference. I'm not asking for donations or trying to raise money. I just want to encourage more men to look after themselves, both physically and mentally. I'll be recording my progress throughout November, and hopefully some of you will join me! Now let's see if my arms survive the next 30 days! 😂💪
Proud of the woman I’m becoming and super proud of the woman I’ve helped throughout the years become better versions of themselves both inside and out 🫂❤️‍🩹 this is a gentle reminder to not compare your fitness journey to someone else’s. Everyone has different timelines, everyone has different struggles. I myself have gone through soooo many different stages in my life. From emotional eating to not eating enough and starving myself to finally finding balance. But let me tell you that shit took so much work and a whole lot of patience and just never giving up on myself no matter how many times I had to keep restarting and relearning. It was also super helpful having a partner who also locked in with me and helped keep me accountable 🥹🫂💋 So if you’re on your fitness journey remember to be kind to yourself and never give up!! You got this besties!! 🫂🤍
