Process : CMB (Meesho) – This is a customer care role where, when a customer requests a call via the Meesho app, the call is automatically routed to the system. Customers often have various questions or queries, and we are required to provide solutions to their issues.
Examples: How to place an order? How to initiate a return? (And so on)
