DAY 18 OF 18 | THE GRAND FINALE! 👑❤️

And just like that… my baby boy is officially an adult. 🥹

When I started this countdown, I wanted to create something Jeremiah would remember long after his birthday. Not just gifts, but meaningful moments that celebrated where he’s been while preparing him for where he’s going.

For 18 days, we laughed, debated, reminisced, and talked about the freedoms and responsibilities of adulthood. And somewhere along the way, we created memories I’ll treasure forever.

For his final surprise, I wanted to give him something that represented a fresh start. A clean, organized space, a few thoughtful gifts, and one last act of service from Mama as he stepped into adulthood.

Because love isn’t always expressed through expensive gifts. Sometimes it’s the time, effort, creativity, and intentionality behind what we do for the people we love.

But more than anything, I wanted Jeremiah to remember who he is and whose he is.

Before he was born, God gave me a promise concerning his life. Through every challenge, uncertainty, and answered prayer, I’ve watched God remain faithful.

And now, as he steps into adulthood, I’m trusting that same God to continue guiding his steps.

I may not always be able to make his decisions or protect him from every disappointment, but I’ll always be praying, encouraging, and cheering him on.

Childhood: EXPIRED.
God’s promises: NEVER. ❤️
