The statistics are sobering. According to the WHO, approximately 727,000 people died by suicide worldwide in 2021, with men accounting for the majority. In the United States alone, 38,977 men died by suicide in 2024. The male suicide rate was nearly four times that of women.

Behind these numbers are people who may have spent years feeling misunderstood, emotionally isolated or afraid that vulnerability would change how others perceived them. Some are fighting battles with their body image, unresolved trauma, depression or the loneliness of feeling they have nobody to turn to.

Being strong should never mean having to suffer in silence. Men deserve relationships where honesty is welcomed, friendships where difficult conversations are possible and spaces where asking for help does not feel like an admission of failure.

To every man struggling quietly, your feelings are not a burden. You do not have to earn compassion through suffering, nor prove your worth through how much you can endure. You deserve tenderness, support and the freedom to be human.

I saw this and thought, cool. I hoped that once maybe people could just stop and say: Hey that's a nice message to Humanity, not just for men but without exception Everyone. But I come and see people saying it's women's or other man's fault or even just to stop sucking it all up.

Yall as a woman I’m appalled with the women’s and girls behaviour in this comment section. You think we get more good men by constantly putting all men down? FFS we are supposed to work together to boost each other up not whatever this judgmental bs to also say no shave November has been a thing since I was a child and I’m 25 this isn’t a new trend it’s a real world wide awareness month.
