Bloomberg, WTH are you talking about. Im in MARYLAND. 10 congressional districts, 9 democratic. 1 republican. The state votes 38% republican and has only 1 district. And now they are voting today to redraw lines to eliminate that 1 republican district. So MARYLAND will have 10 democratic districts, 0 republican, in a state that votes almost 40% republican.... THIS IS DEFINITION OF GERRYMANDERING
