As a vocalist, the lyrics can make or break a song. Two of my favorite lyricists ever were Alan and Marilyn Bergman.
Most of my albums consist of my own songs, but WINDMILLS (2017) was all theirs. What a joy their words are to work with.
On the album are a couple of their most famous songs like "The Windmills Of Your Mind" and "What Are You Doing The Rest Of Your Life" along with some songs that will be more unfamiliar to many, like "A Love Like Ours" and this one... "His Eyes, Her Eyes"
Honestly... I could make another album of their songs, it would not take much arm twisting.
For now... I have plenty of my own songs that have yet to be recorded for the first time...
