MATAR PANEER WITH A TWIST😋 You know I love finding ways to add more protein to my meals! Did you know paneer is often called Indian cottage cheese? But it’s actually quite different from the cottage cheese we’re used to! Both are great sources of protein, but paneer generally has more fat. So I thought… why not combine the two?! 😂 Instead of using heavy cream, I blended cottage cheese right into the gravy! And WOW!
