This November Chef @kidambiadithya brings a playful take on Italian classics to The Conservatory, with handmade pasta, combinations and a fresh take on Italian favourites.
Think pork chashu on pici, chipotle butter caramelle and tiramisu with Goan coffee feni. The craft is Italian, and the drinks are just as exciting.
Serious about pasta, not so serious about the rules.
