Life isn’t always what we dreamed of, and sometimes financial struggles make things harder. But keep going, God will bless us with even more one day🙏🏻🤍

I completed 5 km today🏃‍♀️💪

And a big thank you to @clinton_tavares for motivated me
Sometimes, we all need a little push and a bit of motivation to get moving🏃‍♀️

I’m so sorry, guys. The original audio seems to be missing, so I’ve added a little voice-over instead.

There were days when I would just sit and cry, worrying about my future. I kept thinking, “How am I going to manage a job, look after my Boys, do the housework, and take care of everything?”

Over time, I’ve realized that taking care of yourself and staying healthy as a mom is so important, because your children need you to be healthy and happy to look after them.

This is only the first part of this conversation. ❤️ There’s so much more to discuss, and I’ll be continuing in the next video.

The way we speak to our children today shapes how they see themselves and the world tomorrow. ❤️

As a new generation of parents, let’s learn to communicate with patience, empathy, and understanding. Even when the answer is “NO,” help your child understand WHY. Explain, guide, and correct them without making them feel unheard or unloved.

Children don’t just need discipline; they need emotional safety, understanding, and guidance.

Let’s break generational cycles, nurture emotionally healthy children, and raise a generation that understands love without fear. 🧠❤️

Remember: How we raise our children today can influence the adults they become tomorrow.

Protecting children is important, but allowing them to explore the world is equally important.

Children need guidance and boundaries, but they also need the freedom to make decisions and learn from their experiences.

You cannot develop confidence in your decisions if you are never given the opportunity to make them.

Good parenting is about guiding children, not controlling every step they take.
