It’s my birthday 🌷🍄🍃🧚🏻‍♀️

The most celebratory Indian dessert. And yes, you can make it at home. 🧡

Comment “SEND” and I’ll DM you the recipe 👇🏽

Rasmalai. Soft, pillowy chenna discs soaked in saffron and cardamom milk. This is my family’s recipe, made by feel and andaza for generations.

I tested batch after batch. I measured everything my mom described by feel: the exact weight to press the chenna, how long to leave it, which pan sizes give the milk and the rasmalai enough room to do what they need to do. I even tried skipping the ice bath twice, hoping to spare you that step. I couldn’t.

What you have here is the result of all those calls with my mom, all those test batches, and years of making this recipe my own. I hope it brings the same magic to your kitchen that she always made look so effortless. 🙏🏽

Make it a day ahead. The flavor only gets better overnight. Garnish with pistachios, almonds, and a few strands of saffron. ✨

I guess this is when you realise how important it is to maintain a balance in every aspect of life. If you go over and above, or even if you fall short, either way, you somehow end up in the firing line. Finding that middle ground is important.

If you’re seeing this, im proud of you!! 💕

You don't have to bloom in perfect conditions to become extraordinary. 🍂
Sometimes, the strongest things grow in the middle of chaos.

Surrounded by darkness, beneath the weight of fallen leaves, in places where nobody expects beauty to exist...you rise.

Quietly. Unapologetically. In your own time.

You don't need everything around you to be in order to stand tall. You don't need approval to know your worth. And you don't have to become someone else just to fit into a world that doesn't understand your growth.

Like nature, you have your own rhythm. Your own seasons. Your own way of becoming.

There is strength in softness.
Beauty in imperfection.
Power in stillness.
And something extraordinary about choosing to grow, even when life feels messy.

Remember: You are not defined by the chaos surrounding you, but by the strength with which you continue to grow through it.

Stay wild. Stay grounded. Keep growing.🤎

And if nobody has told you lately: you're doing better than you think.

What if this season isn't breaking you, but quietly transforming you?
