I raised a return request on 25th October, and it is extremely disappointing that even after so many days, my return has still not been picked up, and I have not received my refund either. How long am I supposed to keep waiting? This kind of delay and poor customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I have already waited long enough, and I am tired of following up repeatedly for something that should have been resolved by now. I want my return pickup arranged immediately and my refund processed without any further delay. Please stop giving me unnecessary excuses and resolve my issue as soon as possible. I expect a proper resolution, not another empty promise.
