On 26 November, join our City Tour and discover the places that shape the city’s story:
🏘️ Kota Tua Tanjung Pinang: rows of historic shophouses along Jalan Merdeka, where trade, cultures and everyday life have met for generations.
🏛️ Museum Kota Tua Tanjung Pinang: where the city’s past is kept, from Malay heritage to colonial-era stories.
🕌 Masjid Dompak: an important place of worship and a landmark in the city’s landscape.
🎓 UMRAH: Kepri’s state university, named after Raja Ali Haji, the Malay scholar and author of Gurindam Dua Belas.
🧵 Dekranasda & LAM: meet local crafts and Malay customary institutions.
Every stop is a chance to see the city through the eyes of architects, and to learn how buildings carry culture, history and community. 🌿
