Imagine being a Nintendo glazer in 2026 look man my first real gaming experience was a NES as a little kid but thinking these giant companies give a shit about you is crazy 😂 emulation is awesome. I own a shit ton of stuff I bought directly from Nintendo, and I still emulate a ton of stuff also, and you know what, it’s fine yall need therapy ❤️

Came into this concerned that it was going to be someone thinking that emulating games you downloaded from the internet was completely fine. I’m so happy that someone is actually arguing “emulation is fine, piracy isn’t” because so many of my friends who swear by emulation say that piracy is fine. And before anyone comments with “if buying isn’t owning, piracy isn’t stealing”, Nintendo and Xbox are the best at making sure you actually own the games you buy.

So this is why nintendo added language to their user agreement saying we dont actually OWN the hardware and games.
