One of the most underrated public speaking skills? Being relaxed.

We often think that commanding attention means projecting more energy, speaking louder, or being more intense.

But some of the most respected speakers make it look almost effortless.

The good news? Being relaxed is something you can learn and develop with the right approach.

If this doesn’t come naturally to you, comment “RELAX” and I’ll send you three practical tips to help you feel more at ease the next time you speak in front of an audience.

(Top Time)
