May the Force be with you this Halloween 🚀⚔️

Went full Luke Skywalker this year. White robe, lightsaber on the hip, and boots ready for any desert or Death Star.

It felt right. Luke started as a farm kid looking up at the stars before realizing the power was within him. That’s exactly where I’m at.

Space exploration, AI, reusable rockets, advanced manufacturing, and energy breakthroughs are changing what we consider possible. These aren’t science fiction anymore. They’re creating new industries, expanding opportunities, and raising the potential standard of living for humanity.

But there’s another reality. The gap between those who own the capital, platforms, and technology and those struggling to keep up continues to grow. We need to make sure progress creates opportunity for more people, not just those already at the top.

I believe the tools for extraordinary success are more accessible than ever. Information, technology, entrepreneurship, and the ability to create value at scale are right in front of us. It’s time to stop waiting for permission and start building.

And that starts with leadership.

Fame, follower counts, brands, and status don’t change that standard. Whether you’re an NFL team, a major company, or an individual, the principle is the same.
