my NEW book ‘the morning after’ is out on amazon…🩵🌼

comment “laundry” and i’ll send you my new book, ‘the morning after’. a few of the poems i’ve read to you on here, but most of them i’ve never read to anyone.

The illusion comes true on Sunset Paradise 🤍

Grease on her cheek. Captain on her arm. 🔧✨
At a retrofuturistic space-age gala, three glamorous snobs laughed at the mechanic… then the man of the hour walked right past them.
The mean girls didn’t see that coming.

…you let yourself be seen.

Normally you’ll find me in sweats 😅 So getting dressed up for a gala in a bright red dress?

Waaaayyy outside my comfort zone. 😳

Here’s what I’m learning in this new chapter of my life:

Coming back to dance has been one permission slip after another.

1. Permission to get back in the room.

2. Permission to get uncomfortable learning new things.

3. Permission to feel confident in my own skin.

4. Permission to play life full out.

5. And now… permission to let myself BE SEEN.

Every time I give myself a little more permission, dance changes how I see myself, what I’m capable of, and what’s possible for me… AND new paid opportunities are starting to show up too. 💵

And when we do new and uncomfortable things, it’s always more fun with someone by your side.

Thank you @jeanniefit for saying yes to this with me 🙏🏽

That’s exactly why I created the DANCE Collective: a place where we use dance to explore bigger, more confident, more FREE versions of ourselves… and get seen, heard, and felt out in the world in whatever way we choose. 🏆🏆🏆

Comment “COLLECTIVE” and I’ll send you the link to join us every Friday at the founding members’ rate of $55 a month, yours for as long as you stay. Rates go up on December 1st. 💫
