“Drakes ethnicity has no impact on the character” is such a stupid talking point. Just because the character doesn’t make their race their whole personality and character, doesn’t make it irrelevant. Bobby Drake was literally raised by bigots that don’t accept Mutants, Minorities and were furious when he eventually came out as Gay. They’re a white family that’s ignorant, there’s actually several story arcs where Bobby tackles his ignorant parents. 90s he brings home Rogue to pretend she’s his gf, only for Rogue to agree that they’re ignorant 2015-2018 He came out as Gay and they say quote “Being a mutant was bad enough. What good are you now if youre not even gonna give us grandkids” 2021 showed Bobby forgiving his dad when he passed away and making amends with his mother for being ignorant and making his upbringing hard. Let’s also not forget Bobby is from a white suburban neighbourhood that attacked him in his origin because he dated a woman of colour, and his powers manifested. It’s very much his character that he’s white. Y’all larpers need to stfuu and go support actual minority characters instead of begging for reskins.

White Americans with aggreived entitlement is a peak hilarity 😂.
