ad When did we stop doing things just for fun?

I’ve been trying to get back into a few of my old hobbies recently. Motorbikes, fishing, and now building LEGO sets.

I’d forgotten how nice it is to just sit down and get completely lost in something for a couple of hours. Also, how fun to make something you can then admire on your shelf. I’m very pleased with my new little Dobby. Standing perfectly next to my Elder Wand.

What would you like to get back into?

Comment PRISON for my free Boundaries Guide on saying no without the guilt or the drama.

Every boundary risks disappointing someone. That discomfort is cheaper than building your life around their approval.

Your $40 IKEA cart can do chores now 🛒🤖

Inside XLeRobot, the open-source home robot by Vector Wang:
🛒 The body is a $39.99 IKEA RÅSKOG utility cart.
🦾 Motors 1–12 are two SO-101 arms, six each, and each hand has its own camera.
👀 Motors 13–14 pan and tilt the head, which carries camera number three.
🛞 Motors 15–17 spin 3 omni wheels, so it drives in any direction, even sideways.
🔋 Power: a 288 Wh camping power station, about 10 hours per charge.
💻 Your laptop does all the computing over Wi-Fi.
🎮 Drive it with a Switch Joy-Con (or Xbox pad, keyboard, VR). Record it doing a chore, train a policy with LeRobot, and it repeats the task on its own.
💵 Parts start around $660 + 3D printing. The maker says he's non-profit and earns nothing from it.

👉 Follow us + comment CART (if you're brave) and we'll DM you the free files:
• 3D print files + editable STEP CAD
• The parts list (BOM), print guide + assembly guide
• Software + docs
