The U.S. Small Business Administration announced the opening of a Disaster Loan Outreach Center in the Town of Tonawanda to assist businesses, private nonprofit organizations, and residents affected by severe storms and flooding occurring Sept. 3, 2026.
As of today, Monday, Nov. 2, 2026, SBA customer service representatives are available to answer questions about SBA’s disaster loan program, explain the application process, and help individuals complete their application. Walk-ins are welcome. You can schedule an in-person appointment in advance at https://appointment.sba.gov
