President Tinubu claimed that upon arriving in the United States, he drove a taxi to earn money and sponsor himself through school. This claim has now prompted Nigerians to revisit his past video in which he spoke about coming from a wealthy background, raising questions about the contradiction in his accounts. Nigerians are also questioning his government’s decision to increase university tuition fees, which were previously more affordable for many Nigerian families.
