The M&S festive toastie is back for a THIRD YEAR in M&S cafes from TOMORROW (4th Nov) - who’s looking forward to it? Has anyone had it before? I posted about the new gluten free Brie and Cranberry sandwich M&S are doing last week and then also the gluten free turkey feast one (swipe to see both of those too). But it’s nice for those who can have it to have a festive hot cafe option! All the info you need: - the price is £7.50 which is usually THE SAME as the non gluten free festive toastie so the price is not ‘because it’s gluten free’ - it isn’t cheap though is it! - to avoid cross contamination the toastie is cooked in the bag & given to you like that. - I’ve got the ingredients list, I popped it on my fb post I’m one of those folk who can’t have this due to other dietary requirements, but I share this for others who might enjoy it and I’m really happy that others will be able to enjoy it too :) I’ll be making my own version at home like usual! What would be your ultimate Christmas toastie?! Is this the one?! ALSO… i post like this all the time on Facebook, but never on insta, should I go back to posting bits like this as I used to? I’ve been posting gluten free products and recipes on here for 13 and a half years 🤣 I feel so very old and often irrelevant these days but I’m gonna try and post more on here like I do on Facebook etc x

Can’t believe it’s been 8 years since the conversion journey. I was colouring my hair every 2-3 weeks to keep up, finally ,the big chop followed by bleaching to a blonde shade and until the conveted silver crown 👑👸🏾 I couldn’t be happier. #silvercrown #silverjourney #greyyay
Different distance than normal, same love for the sport. 31 miles / 8000ft climbing 🙌 The route took us on a lap of the city wall, and then up into the mountains and bamboo forests. It was beautiful! The climbs & descents were really, really steep, with lots of fast running sections mixed in. And the humidity was 97%. I was fully soaked starting at mile 1. 🥵😅 What a fun adventure! Jiā yóu!
