What makes this even more special to me is my Mom @jennyonthejourney Polish heritage. To see my story reach a part of the world so close to my Mommaโs roots is truly something I canโt put into words.

I asked ChatGPT about this and it stated LT Dan should have brackish water, mostly seafood like shrimp, clams, fish all raw. Go light on the veg and fruit. Didn't say anything about the calcium, but I think it is a good idea.
