Riverside's Holiday Art Fair returns to Ypsi this November!

Over 60 vendors will be present selling handmade art, vintage goods, self-care products, and more. There will also be food from Corned Beef Queen, Ritespice Kitchen, coffee and bakes from ESPY Cafe, and mini golf from PUTT-R-round!

A bodybuilding video has been gaining attention online after being shared with the claim that it features the world’s biggest 21-year-old. The individual reportedly possesses an extraordinary amount of muscle mass for someone so young, immediately attracting reactions from viewers who were shocked by his appearance. However, the combination of his massive physique and the mask or breathing equipment visible in the footage has also sparked questions about his overall health. While some people admire the dedication required to build such an extreme physique, others have expressed concerns about the physical demands of competitive bodybuilding, particularly when athletes pursue extraordinary levels of muscle growth at a young age. Bodybuilding has evolved significantly over the decades, with modern competitors often displaying levels of muscular development that would have seemed almost impossible during earlier generations. Achieving an enormous physique requires years of intense resistance training, carefully managed nutrition and consistent recovery, although extreme bodybuilding can also involve serious health risks.
