The Bears have a 35% chance of winning the NFC North division on @kalshi

The Chicago Bears silenced Lumen Field on Monday night, marching into Seattle and executing a physical, clock-draining masterclass to take down the Seahawks 34 to 17. Setting the tone from the opening kickoff with a bruising 17-play, 80-yard march that ate up over eight minutes, Caleb Williams delivered a touchdown strike to Luther Burden III to announce that Chicago came to play bully ball.

While Sam Darnold found Jaxon Smith-Njigba for a 43-yard touchdown to keep Seattle within striking distance at the half, the second half belonged entirely to D’Andre Swift. The workhorse back punished Seattle’s front seven all night, carrying the rock 27 times and finding the end zone three times on the ground to turn the game into a runaway rout while Chicago went a perfect 4-of-4 in the red zone. Williams was surgical in the pocket, throwing for 247 yards and zero turnovers against one of the league’s stingiest pass defenses.

Defensively, Chicago made life miserable for Seattle, limiting the Seahawks to an abysmal 1-of-11 on third downs while new addition Jeffery Simmons helped spearhead a relentless three-sack pass rush. Rookie Austin Booker delivered the ultimate dagger by blocking a Jason Myers field goal in the fourth quarter before the defense forced a red-zone interception on Darnold to ice the game. Improving to 6 and 2, are the Chicago Bears officially the team to beat in the NFC North?
