POV: You need a tripod but refuse to buy another bit of kit… 😂

Turns out a coat hanger might just do the job!

A little DIY hack for filming hands-free POV shots.
Is it fancy? No.

Does it work? Surprisingly well!

Sometimes you just have to get a little creative with what you already have 😂

Save this for next time you need a spare pair of hands. 😂

I’m sharing more behind-the-scenes filming hacks over on @creatorincomeedit if you like this sort of thing ❤️

Apparently shaking my husband’s hand is enough to establish who is in charge of a renovation. 😂

Bless him. He will work it out eventually.

A few unstyled photos of the wallpapered panels ✨🫶

Lots still to do in here (new bed, new skirting, new floor…) but I think the wallpaper has made such a difference already. It has so much more character now!

Wallpaper is Romantic Landscape in All Beige from @photowall_sweden (previous AD).

I think we’ve been ignoring the fifth wall. 👀

When I decorated this walk-in wardrobe, I knew I wanted to do something a little different with the ceiling, so instead of leaving it plain, I wallpapered it with Aficionado Les Nouages from @wallpaperdirect. ✨

And honestly, I think it might be my favourite detail in the whole room.

Sometimes it’s the bit you wouldn’t immediately think to decorate that makes the biggest difference.

Would you wallpaper your ceiling?

My black banisters have looked like this for 9 MONTHS.🫠

I sanded a few bits back then left it sat there for months because I was too scared to strip them properly with the new carpet down. 🤣

Finally stopped overthinking it and just freshened up the black instead. 🖤

Paint: Zinsser AllCoat Exterior Satin in Black - £28 B&Q
One coat, no primer. One tin did all the banisters and newel posts (with loads left over)

Now - do I put a clear sealer over the top to stop it chipping again or leave it alone?

If you’ve painted stairs or you’re a decorator what would you do? Seal or leave it?

ad Is panelling getting a bit boring? 😂

Before anyone comes for me, I LOVE panelling. But I also love finding ways to make things a little different, especially when it feels like everyone’s doing the same thing.

So I decided to put scenic wallpaper inside these three panels instead of leaving them plain.

I went for “Romantic Landscape” - “All Beige” from @photowall_sweden, and I love how the pattern breaks up all that solid colour without losing the colour-drenched look.

And no, this isn’t the finished bedroom reveal. There’s still a new bed to come, so you’ll have to wait for that one. 👀

But I want to know, would you put wallpaper inside your panelling, or would you leave it plain?

Regter comes in with the experience, the composure and the confidence of someone who has been through these fights before.

Khalouta brings a different kind of threat. Pressure, power and the belief that when the opportunity comes, he can end it.

Both are talking about a finish.

On November 28, only one of them gets to prove he was right.

Happy Halloween everyone. The pumpkins are out and the outside fireplace lit, creating those cosy vibes outside in the garden as it’s still lovely to enjoy the outdoors when it’s dry 🍂🤎 Have a wonderful weekend x
