🇹🇼 跨越地域，交流经验，让关怀延续 ❤️
本周一，PT Foundation 很荣幸受台湾爱加一协会（Taiwan Positively Association）的邀请，前往参与聚会及交流活动，展开了一场长达三小时、温暖而富有意义的交流。
透过这次聚会，我们更深入了解协会在HIV感染者老龄化、独居长者、长期照护及照护平权方面的努力，也交流了彼此在社区服务与HIV关怀工作上的经验。
随着越来越多HIV感染者步入晚年，独居及缺乏家庭支持的长者更需要社会的关注。除了医疗照护，我们是否也为他们准备了足够的陪伴、理解与支持？
HIV防治不只是让人活下来，更重要的是让每个人都能有尊严、有选择地生活与老去。 🌟
衷心感谢台湾爱加一协会的热情邀请、温暖接待与无私分享。这次交流不仅让我们收获了宝贵的经验，也为 PT Foundation 未来在马来西亚推动HIV感染者老龄化关怀及社区支持工作带来了新的启发。
愿我们继续跨越地域，彼此学习、携手同行，让每一位长者都能被看见、被关怀，不再孤独老去。 ❤️
🇬🇧 Beyond Borders, Sharing Knowledge, Strengthening Care ❤️
On Monday, PT Foundation was honoured to be invited by Taiwan Positively Association (台灣愛加一協會) to join their community gathering and knowledge-sharing session.
It was a warm and meaningful three-hour exchange, offering valuable insights into their efforts in ageing with HIV, older adults living alone, long-term care, and equitable access to care.
As more people living with HIV grow older, those living alone or without strong family support may face additional challenges. Beyond medical treatment, how can we ensure they also receive the companionship, understanding, and community support they deserve?
HIV care goes beyond prevention and treatment. It is about ensuring that everyone can live and age with dignity, independence, and a sense of belonging. 🌟
Our heartfelt thanks to Taiwan Positively Association for the kind invitation, warm hospitality, and generous sharing of experiences. This meaningful gathering has given us fresh perspectives and valuable inspiration to strengthen community-based support for ageing people living with HIV in Malaysia.
Across borders, we continue to learn from one another, build connections, and work towards a future where every older person feels seen, supported, and never forgotten. ❤️
