They all had different whys, however, staying healthy and fit was a collective reason.

I want to look good naked! I know going under the knife isn’t for me because my village people are working overtime, I might go in and never come out. So, the gym is my only option for achieving my dream body. I have no choice but to stay consistent, whether I like it or not.
