We’re proud to celebrate Eliana Domínguez, a Mexican-American, first-generation BAC student, whose design brought this year’s Día de Muertos Grand Ofrenda to life in Downtown Crossing.
Blending her personal heritage, architectural training, and the traditions of Día de Muertos, Eliana’s installation creates a public space for remembrance, cultural exchange, and community connection. The Ofrenda honors loved ones who have passed while celebrating the continuity of memory across generations—and invites visitors to share their own memories.
