I wanna applaud all the neighborhoods that literally went out there together and watched each other’s in the waters to clear out their gutters. Had less flooding . Then the new higher ground Communities , sat there and took social media pictures and complained about people on boats. Did nothing . Some even did DoorDash and laughed about people coming on their paddle boards . To the developers that are building higher homes without good enough retaining ponds, and then the flooding happens to the lower homes . At least , AI is coming . Oh and private schools are funded . We have ped🤮 at universal and Disney with all the flock

When are people gonna accept that the infrastructure failed? The only successful communities , I saw that didn’t flood were the ones that did get out and cleaning their gutters. They were not ashamed. They watched each other with the alligators. The rich communities that did nothing. Especially with the higher built ones , that are part of the problem. Developments that bring in dirt to make newer homes higher with tiny little retaining ponds. Then the older communities is just become rivers for those brand new communities. And everybody just voted in AI. At least there’s ped🤮 at universal and Disney. Your private schools are funded and public schools are failing.

I’m glad our owner let us leave at noon yesterday. I was able to make it home before our neighborhood flooded.
