Start with the role you are actually targeting. Then look at what you already know, what experience you already have, and what gaps you actually need to close.

Your existing experience still matters. Your domain knowledge still matters. The work you are already doing still matters.

The goal is not to collect as many tools as possible.

The goal is to build the right skills, with enough depth, to support your next move.

Because exposure is not the same as proficiency.

Your transition may not need more tools.

It may need more direction.
