We understand the disappointment this announcement brings to our Mazda community, attendees, exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, partners, and supporters. We recognize that many people invested considerable time, resources, planning, and enthusiasm into this event, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption and inconvenience caused by this decision. The Circumstances Behind Our Decision In the final stages of event preparation, concerns involving venue capacity and outstanding permitting issues required us to reassess whether SevenStock-28 could proceed successfully and responsibly at the planned location. Our responsibility was to ensure that the event could be conducted within applicable public safety requirements, permit conditions, and business regulations, while maintaining the operational coordination necessary for a successful public gathering. After evaluating these concerns, we determined that we could not proceed with sufficient confidence that all necessary requirements and operational conditions could be satisfied. Under those circumstances, cancellation was the responsible course of action. This decision was not made lightly. We understand the significance of SevenStock to the Mazda and rotary community, and we recognize how much anticipation and effort goes into bringing this event together. Nevertheless, the safety of our attendees and the need to operate within applicable regulations must remain paramount. We are deeply grateful to the sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, volunteers, and supporters who committed themselves to SevenStock-28. We recognize that a last-minute cancellation can have real financial, operational, and reputational consequences for those who planned to participate. We sincerely regret and apologize for the impact this decision may have on those who supported the event and acknowledge the disappointment experienced by everyone who was looking forward to attending. Refunds and returns will be processed ASAP, to all who signed up (paid) and vendors also.
